About Us
Halo Family Pet Sitting started on the encouragement of one our favorite client’s owners. I think they saw the passion I have in loving their pups and also taking care of their home and knew that it was a service that was difficult to find.
With the input and brainstorming of family and friends Halo became official and insured in February 2022. We look forward to your becoming part of our family.
We truly want to provide our client’s owners with peace of mind while they are away. We first set up a ‘meet and greet’ to make sure everyone is compatible, and second we send updates and pictures daily or during each drop-in, so you can see how happy your pets are you while you are away.
Dogs are the best! They each have their own personalities, mannerisms, and silly habits. Getting to know each of our clients has been so much fun and we look forward to bonding with yours as well.
We book up very quickly so make us your first call after you book your trip, or better yet if you have some flexibility see what dates we have that can work for you. Keep in mind March, July, Nov, and Dec are our busiest months.

Rene is a mother, wife, and considers herself as a dog nanny. She has a servant's heart and a mother's eye who can identify and take care of things that need to be seen to.

Pet Agent
Lillie loves working with animals especially when it includes cuddles! Outside of work you can find her rehearsing for an upcoming performance, country dancing, or eating pasta.

Jules is a native Texas and absolutely loves all kinds of pets! In her day remote job, she is a media specialist with a non profit. Losing her senior dog in 2020 and recently her cat in late 2022 she looks forward to giving her full attention to your fur babies!
Ava Horvath

Hi, I'm Ava! I've been around animals my whole life. I currently have a Corgi named Owen and a cat named Vicky. I have a big family of 5 siblings (and I'm the oldest), so it's been a big part of my life taking care of both our animals and family. I'm currently a pre-Nursing student at ACC. When not working or studying you can find me dancing, listening to music, reading, being active (I love running), and spending time with those I love.

Hi I’m Maggie! I’m currently a sophomore at the University of Texas studying education! I enjoy cooking, swimming, running, exploring around Austin and drinking coffee! I’ve been around all different types of animals my whole life. I have a great Dane, lab, and Shephard at home as well as two cats, chickens, horses and bees! I’ve house sat many times before and it makes me feel good to know that I am able to stay with your pet and comfort them while you are gone! :)
